Annex Real Estate School has announced a Weekend Class to prepare students for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Exam. This intensive course begins on Friday evening, May 18th and continues on Saturday and Sunday, and will meet the mandatory state requirements.
All pre-licensing courses at Annex Real Estate School are taught by experienced Massachusetts Real Estate brokers who are also licensed Real Estate Instructors.

The cost of the course is only $200 which includes the texts: "Modern Real Estate Practice", "Massachusetts Real Estate, Practice and Law" from Dearborn Publishing, and "Massachusetts Real Estate Rules and Regulations". Upon successful completion of the course, students will also receive the "State of Massachusetts Real Estate Candidate Handbook.

I am a real estate agent in Charleston, South Carolina. Do you happen to know right off-hand, if I would have to sit for the Mass. real estate exam should I relocate to Boston?
